Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing schedules, communication, and key business operations. The role requires strong calendar management, secretarial expertise, and proficiency in MS Office tools, along with the ability to support data-driven decision-making and business strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Executive Management (Mandatory)

  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Prioritize engagements to ensure efficient time utilization.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution.

Secretarial & Administrative Support (Mandatory)

  • Handle day-to-day secretarial responsibilities, including documentation, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and official communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

MS Office & Reporting (Mandatory)

  • Create and manage reports, presentations, and documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries, and structured reports for leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all documentation.

MIS & Data Analysis (Additional)

  • Maintain and update MIS reports for tracking business performance.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and business reviews.

Business Strategy & Coordination (Additional)

  • Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress on key business priorities.
  • Assist in research, planning, and execution of business strategies.

Mandatory Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Calendar Management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Secretarial / Administrative work
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Additional Skills (Good To Have)

  • Experience in MIS reporting
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Exposure to business strategy or operations
