Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and follow up on action points and projects assigned by the Director.
Communication & Correspondence
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally.
- Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required by the Director.
- Liaise with departments and external parties to facilitate smooth workflow.
Meetings & Documentation
- Organize and attend meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and document security.
Administrative Support
- Assist with expense reports and other administrative tasks.
- Support the Director in personal tasks as required to optimize their time.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
