Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Hyderabad. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives by managing administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, scheduling and organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to assist in efficiently handling executive workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, correspondence, and daily operational tasks.
- Experience with creating and maintaining accurate Expense Reports and managing financial records.
- Skills in Executive Support to provide high-quality assistance and service to senior leaders.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office and email management systems.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
