Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Executive Assistant. The role involves managing administrative tasks, organizing and scheduling appointments, handling communication, preparing expense reports, and providing support to senior executives. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling Expense Reports
- Strong skills in providing Executive Support and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
