Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Executive Assistant Intern. The intern will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives by managing schedules, preparing expense reports, addressing communication needs, and coordinating various project-related tasks. The role involves organizing daily operations and assisting with executive support activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Effective Communication skills and the ability to correspond professionally
  • Strong ability to provide Executive Support and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, calendars, and communication software
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field
