Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings,
appointments, and travel
Act as a primary point of contact between executives, internal/external
stakeholders,vendors,Clients
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting
materials
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes; follow up on action items
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters requiring executive attention
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with office operations and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
