Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful executive assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our senior leadership team in the real estate business. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the fast-paced nature of the property market. You will help manage schedules, coordinate property-related activities, prepare reports, and act as a bridge between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
Salary Budget: 3 LPA Required Experience: 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, meetings, and travel schedules. Draft, review, and organize property-related reports, agreements, and presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the reporting manager.
2. Real Estate Coordination Assist in preparing and maintaining property listings, brochures, and marketing materials. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and project teams for property site visits and client meetings. Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing projects, pricing, and availability.
3. Meeting & Event Management Organize meetings with clients, investors, and developers. Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track follow-up actions. Coordinate company participation in property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
4. Documentation & Compliance Maintain confidential client records, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure timely filing and accuracy of property transaction paperwork. Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations
5. Communication & Liaison Serve as the primary contact point between the executive office and internal departments. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, vendors, and partners. Provide timely updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (real estate industry preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Skills & Competencies
