Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-savvy individual to step into the role of Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Partner or Assurance Partner. This is not just another jobit's a front-row seat to leadership, strategy, and high-stakes decision-making. What You will Do(but not limited to):

Strategic & Leadership Support

  • Work closely with the Partner to support Firm-wide business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decision-making and business planning.
  • Assist in preparing high-impact reports, presentations, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact to facilitate communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Project & Business Analytics

  • Support leadership project management efforts, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, providing structured insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in governance meetings by preparing agendas, tracking action items, and maintaining key documentation.

Executive Operations & Efficiency

  • Manage leadership calendar scheduling, coordinate domestic and international travel, and optimize time management.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on key deliverables to enhance leadership productivity.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Provide support in Partner-level client billing, collections, accounts receivable reviews, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain structured records (paper/electronic) and handle professional correspondence.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving

  • Adapt to evolving business requirements and collaborate effectively with the leadership across time zones (IST & PST) as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • MBA graduates from premium B-schools with a passion for business operations, strategy, and leadership support.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling, impactful presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Tech-savvy individual with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, along with proficiency in other MS Office tools, collaboration platforms, and business analytics software.
  • A proactive self-starter who is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can drive firm-wide business impact.
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, strategic execution, and organizational excellence.
