We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support executive staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
The role involves handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives or visitors when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and liaise with vendors when needed
- Provide general administrative support to executives and departments
Qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency in office software.
- Strong communication abilities and a high degree of professionalism are essential for success in this role.
