Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Executive Assistant role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing executive-level support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities in a virtual environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and supporting senior executives
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as MS Office and scheduling software
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is a plus
