Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator for the Bangalore office. Responsibilities include providing executive-level support, managing schedules and travel plans for leadership, preparing expense reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations. This role also involves handling communication, coordinating activities, and providing administrative assistance to the leadership team, ensuring efficient operations and organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in working with the CxO suite at the previous company
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Ability to deliver high-quality Executive Support and manage scheduling efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
