Job Title: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management and
scheduling meetings.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes as required.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of executives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and reviews.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely execution.
Communication & Coordination
Draft professional emails, memos, and other communications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Support onboarding of new hires and assist with special projects.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Represent the executive and the organization professionally at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
