Job Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the COO in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should be efficient, dependable, excellent at multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and ensure smooth time management.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, communication notes, and follow-ups.
  • Operational Assistance
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required for reviews or meetings.
  • Track progress on ongoing tasks, projects, and deliverables.
  • Administrative Excellence
  • Organize files, maintain documentation, and handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Support in planning meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Project & Task Management
  • Assist the COO in monitoring business updates, team action points, and deadlines.
  • Conduct basic research and provide relevant information when required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

13 years of relevant experience as an EA/Administrative Assistant

Experience in FMCG, alcobev, or fast-paced startup environments is a plus
