Job Description

Job Role: Executive Assistant (EA) to Director

Company: Bharat Ecofuels Pvt. Ltd.

Role Objective:

Support the Director in daily operations, coordination, reporting, and execution of business and expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director's schedule, meetings, emails, and calls
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and compliance teams
  • Prepare MOM, MIS, and basic business reports
  • Support government liaison, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Track tasks, priorities, and ensure timely execution

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (Hindi & English)
  • High confidentiality and trust
  • Excellent follow-up and multitasking
  • Basic Excel, email drafting, and reporting skills

Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)

15 years experience in EA / Operations / Founder's Office

Growth:

Senior EA Business Manager Operations / Expansion Head
