We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and will be responsible for managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.
- Assist in project management and tracking of key deliverables and deadlines.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
