About the Role
To provide executive & strategic support to COO
Responsibilities
- Data Management & presentations: Strong command & expertise on data management & creating presentations for the Leadership meetings in the organization
- Service Orientation: Will be interacting with key people (Partners, CXOs, VPs) from venture funds and corporates globally who are Tracxns customers
- Manage Appointments & Calendar: Actively schedule, manage, and inform Leaders of the upcoming sets of events and agendas
- Administration Management: Assists with daily administrative duties and tasks that include coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally, third-party management, meeting and greeting external clients, and handling external queries
- Logistical Support: Manage travel & accommodation booking - Should be responsible for planning and arranging business travels such as flight tickets, cabs, and hotel accommodations
- Executive Support: Will be responsible to provide executive support for tasks and responsibilities catering to Leaders in a one-on-one working relationship.
- Multi-tasking: Must be flexible in handling secondary tasks as assigned, providing assistance as needed to ad-hoc works and projects
Qualifications
- Minimum Education requirements - Graduate from a recognized university
- Experience - Minimum 8-15 years of experience as EA & 1 year in analytics
Required Skills
- Excellent Presentation, verbal and written communication Skills
- Knowledge of Report tools like Advance Excel & PowerPoint
- Understanding of Tableau/ Power BI preferred
- Strong command on data management
- Expertise on PowerPoint presentations is a MUST
- Ability to communicate and sell complex technical ideas

- Airline Industry experience preferred
