Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain confidential records.
- Track and follow up on action items.
Meeting Coordination
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure closure of action points.
Travel & Expenses
- Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reports.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and leadership for smooth communication.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain a high level of professionalism.
