Job Description

The role will provide high level administrative and logistical support to the MD, by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, information management and performing administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings to manage and prioritize his time. The Executive Assistant will be accountable to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership.

The successful individual will possess strong communication skills, have meticulous attention to detail, be highly organized and self-motivated. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, this role would require flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations. Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for preliminary data collection and analysis, reports preparation with data visualizations to provide insights that guide strategic planning, operational improvements.

2. Collaborating with Department Heads to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful information is available for effective management and optimization of business processes. Managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.

3. Preparation of management presentations in line with corporate guidelines of templates and formats.

4. Assisting the MD in preparing professional write up, presentations in Excel/ Power Point, required for board presentations, monthly update reports and similar.

5. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their potential impacts and significance.

6. Assist in yearly budget & MIS preparation by effective coordination with the related functions/departments.

7. Broadly understand the business plans and priority to effectively assist in analyzing and interpretation of data.

8. Follow-ups and Follow-throughs with internal teams. Work with regional teams & coordinating reports, meeting & information sharing.

9. Ensure the MD is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD.

10. Manage all travel arrangements for the Managing Director & Senior Members (including but not limited to passport assistance, visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)

11. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and posts.

12. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.

13. Work on adhoc projects and ensure timely completion.

14. Additional Responsibilities to attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. To perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed as necessary.

15. Attend general enquiries via any communication tools i.e telephone, email etc.

16. Project Support: Assist with various projects assigned to the executive. This may involve conducting research, analyzing data, and providing input or suggestions
