Proficiency in sourcing relevant candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms is essential.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, MIS / Trackers and candidate data.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Manage the complete post-selection process, including offer rollout, candidate communication, document collection, and coordination of onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from selection to joining.
Candidate must have expertise in bulk hiring, conducting walk-in recruitment drives.
