We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with external accountants and auditors. This is a non-signatory, execution-focused role suitable for early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
- Record invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain accurate books using accounting software (Zoho Books / Tally)
Invoicing & Payments
- Generate customer invoices and track collections
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Maintain invoice and payment documentation
GST & Compliance Support
- Prepare GST data (sales, purchases, input tax credit)
- Coordinate with external CA for GST filing and compliance
- Maintain records required for audits and statutory filings
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare basic financial reports (monthly summaries, expense reports)
- Support internal teams with finance-related data
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and consultants when required
Required Skills:
- B.Com / BBA (Finance / Accounting) – Mandatory
- M.Com / CA Inter – Preferred but not required
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may be considered
Knowledge on Tools:
- Accounting principles
- GST basics
- Zoho Books Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
