Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Specialist Events with 36 years of experience in event sales and business development within the experiential and brand activation space. This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and converting ideas into successful event-led solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the events ecosystem and the ability to position Storm's creative, technological, and execution capabilities to both new and existing clients.
Experience
36 years of experience in event sales, brand activations, or experiential marketing (Agency / Media Radio / TV)
Proven experience in business development and selling event and experiential concepts
Established client network across marketing, brand, and procurement teams
Exposure to integrated campaigns combining on-ground, digital, and tech-led solutions
Role
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in events, activations, and experiential marketing
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research
Develop customized proposals, budgets, and pitch presentations for clients
Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations to close deals
Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal creative, production, and operations teams
Ensure smooth project handover post-sale and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the experiential space
Share market insights with leadership and strategy teams to strengthen business positioning
