Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the assigned region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analyses, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Events Service
  • Should have expertise in creating proposals along with branding/marketing of the company
  • Should have complete knowledge of buying and vendor management
  • Should have experience in celebrity management
  • Source and coordinate with luxury venues, vendors, designers, PR teams, and decor specialists
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Expertise in client relationship management and business development
  • Ability to perform market analyses and use insights to drive strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the travel, hospitality and event management sectors is a must
