Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of inbound booking inquiries generated through the website and other channels.
Engage with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand event requirements, artist preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Proactively follow up with prospects using a consultative, high-touch sales approach to close leads.
Recommend and pitch the most suitable artists based on the event brief and client expectations.
Manage price negotiations and guide clients smoothly through the booking, contracting, and payment process.
Coordinate with artist managers and talent representatives to confirm availability, pricing, and logistical requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM (lead status, notes, conversion stages, and follow-ups).
Collaborate with internal teams such as Artist Relations, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless booking execution.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
24 years of experience in event sales, B2C/B2B sales, client servicing, or event management.
Proven experience in high-ticket value sales or consultative selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with CXOs, brides, families, and corporate marketing teams.
A natural hustlerproactive, persuasive, and target-driven.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset.
Prior exposure to media, entertainment, live events, or event-tech is a strong plus.
