This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Event Production Manager will oversee end-to-end production planning and execution, ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing production timelines, coordinating event planning processes, optimizing budgets, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences. The role requires troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth running of operations during events.

• Proficiency in Production Management and Event Production techniques
• Strong skills in Event Planning and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication abilities for internal team coordination and client interactions
• Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing complex events
• Familiarity with cutting-edge production and event technology is a plus
• Ability to work on-site with flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
