Role Description

As an Events Production Head, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of events with a strong focus on timely delivery, vendor coordination, team satisfaction, and budget control. Your role ensures smooth event operations, adherence to checklists, and innovative contributions to enhance overall event quality and efficiency.

1. Production Planning & Strategy

• Understand event briefs and convert concepts into practical production plans.
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, fabrication plans, and production timelines.
• Ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality benchmarks.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage fabrication vendors, printing partners, AV teams, and staging vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure vendors adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and regularly update a strong vendor database with benchmarked market rates.

3. On-Site Event Execution

• Lead event setup, installations, AV integration, staging, and dismantling activities.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure fabrication and installations match approved designs.
• Address and resolve real-time challenges during event setup to ensure timely delivery.

4. Team Leadership

• Manage and guide production teams including Team Leads, Executives, and freelancers.
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Train team members on safety protocols, quality standards, and fabrication practices.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare production cost estimates and manage event production budgets.
• Track expenses, negotiate vendor costs, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, venue regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments for large-scale structural setups and high-impact event installations.
