Event Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Event Production Manager. The Event Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of wedding events. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, collaborating with in-house teams and vendors, budgeting, and ensuring timelines are met. The position requires active communication with clients to align on expectations and ensure all elements of the event run smoothly, from pre-planning to post-event wrap-up.

• Strong skills in Production Management and Event Production to oversee seamless event execution
• Proven experience in Event Planning and Budgeting to efficiently manage resources and costs
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and vendors effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
• Familiarity with the wedding industry and event trends is a plus
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
