Event Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Event Production Manager. The Event Production Manager will oversee end-to-end event production, including planning, coordination, and execution of festivals, brand activations, and performances. Responsibilities include managing budgets, liaising with clients and vendors, organizing timelines and logistics, ensuring successful setups, supervising onsite activities, and problem-solving in real-time to ensure smooth event execution.

• Proficiency in Production Management and Event Production, including managing technical setups and logistics for events.
• Strong skills in Event Planning and Budgeting to efficiently create timelines, allocate resources, and oversee costs.
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, team members, and artists, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Ability to multitask, think critically to troubleshoot issues, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Experience in youth-focused events, brand activations, or entertainment industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
