Who Should apply:
- 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN EVENTS / FIELD SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (MANDATORY)
- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation & coordination skills
- Comfortable handling on-ground event execution
- Experience in B2B / B2C / vendor management (preferred)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working on weekends (events-based role)
What you'll do:
- Source and onboard vendors (food, lifestyle, home dcor, etc.)
- Plan and execute flea market events in residential societies
- Coordinate with RWAs, committees & internal teams
- Manage on-ground execution (setup, layout, vendor coordination)
- Drive footfall through local marketing initiatives
- Handle event P&L, track revenue and optimize margins
- Ensure smooth event execution and customer/vendor satisfaction
