Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join Medifit Consultants Private Limited as a Community Assistant Manager for one of our leading clients, specializing in Employee Engagement within the Sports, Wellness, or Fitness industries. This full-time role, based in Bangalore, offers an exciting opportunity to positively impact communities by fostering employee engagement in health and wellness initiatives. As the Community Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Community Head to support and manage day-to-day planning and operations to meet the needs of the community team. This role will be integral in coordinating community outreach, organizing events, and driving engagement in fitness and wellness activities. Creativity, leadership, and a deep passion for health and wellness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Event Planning:
  • Report to the Community Head and collaborate on day-to-day planning, operations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the seamless planning, organization, and execution of impactful employee engagement events and activities.
  • Proactively suggest innovative strategies to drive higher employee participation and engagement in community programs.
  • Community Outreach:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to promote programs and activities and develop outreach strategies to increase engagement.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve future outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Event logistics, Vendors and any other requirements for the events.
  • Manage relationships with regional leads across all locations to ensure seamless execution of activities.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of programs.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Create relevant documentation for the program.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze participation rates, feedback, and other engagement metrics from the programs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future community engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in community program development, preferably in Employee Engagement in Sports, Fitness and Wellness industry. Experience working directly with clients or in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community members and clients.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with experience in managing events and coordinating activities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community metrics and feedback to drive improvements and report on performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, Recreation, Health Promotion, or related field.
