Role Overview

The Events Manager is responsible for driving the energy, engagement, and experience at all events

hosted at PLaY Arena from birthday celebrations and family socials to corporate gatherings and

entertainment nights.

Key Responsibilities

Event Hosting & Experience Leadership

Act as the lead host and face of PLaY across all event formats corporate TBA and party

games, birthdays, tournaments, brunches, socials, and community gatherings.

Ensure every event delivers a consistent PLaY Experience fun, energetic, and

guest-first.

Set the tone and energy for the event, ensuring participation and inclusivity.

Planning and Execution of Events.

Team & Execution

Work together with other event managers to coordinate events around the property.

Work closely with the production and planning teams, decor, and technical teams to align

activity flow, stage plans, and guest engagement.

Work closely with GRE's and F&B teams to ensure smooth event flows and operations.

Ensure smooth on-ground transitions, time management, and crowd control during

events.

Maintain Event Spaces to PLaY Standards and checklist event set ups

CRM and Software usage ability

Track bookings and requirements.

Maintain reports for events handled.

Client & Guest Interaction

Be the primary on-ground point of contact for event clients at event spaces.

Personalize the experience based on client preferences, themes, and guest profiles.

Collect guest feedback to continuously enhance engagement quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Undergraduate with 24 years of experience in hosting or live event

management.

• Proven experience as an Event Host, or Entertainment/Experience Manager.
