We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing successful events, ensuring every detail is managed to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion within budget and timeframe.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop event marketing strategies to promote events and ensure maximum attendance.
• Manage on-site logistics during events including setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools for planning and execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
