Events Manager

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We're looking for an Events Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate, university, and employer branding events. This role requires someone who can independently manage multiple events, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver seamless experiences that drive brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

Own end-to-end planning and execution of physical, virtual, and hybrid events for Superset and enterprise clients.

Create and manage event plans, timelines, budgets, trackers, and ensure timely execution.

Manage venues, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and event logistics to deliver a seamless event experience.

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Drive attendee engagement, registration, branding, and on-ground event operations while maintaining Superset's brand standards.

Post-Event Engagement & Campaigns

Plan and execute post-event campaigns, including attendee follow-ups, feedback collection, content sharing, and lead nurturing.

Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up on qualified leads and support pipeline generation.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track event budgets, lead generation, engagement, and ROI, and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.

Continuously improve event processes, documentation, and attendee experience by identifying opportunities for operational excellence.

Requirements | You'll be a great addition to our team if:

2–5 years of experience in B2B events, event marketing, experiential marketing, or corporate events.

Proven experience managing end-to-end physical, virtual, and hybrid events.

Strong project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Creative, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
