Responsibilities
- Coordinates for events as requested. Responsible for coordination/planning and execution of special events and conferences for client, department and/or office events. May participate in communicating new program(s) to employees
- Administers the Event management record keeping system; updates various department/business unit records; ensures that department/business unit files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures; reviews requests for information and determines the appropriateness of closure of the tickets raised
- Acts as a SPOC for RE&F for inquiries, researching and resolving problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures regarding Event Management
- Monitors the shift timing management of the Lobby Ambassadors
- Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should have experience in managing corporate events
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to manage events end to end
- Graduation is must
