EVENT MANAGEMENT FACULTY

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for an Event Management Faculty member. The faculty will be responsible for creating and updating the event management curriculum, delivering high-quality lectures, guiding students through practical learning experiences, and fostering an engaging and innovative educational environment. Additional responsibilities include conducting research to enhance course materials and working collaboratively with other faculty members to ensure the department's academic success.

• Expertise in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching
• Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging educational content
• Strong research skills to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new knowledge into teaching
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and their application in event management
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred
• Minimum of a Master's degree in Event Management, Business Management, or a related field
