Job Description

We are looking for an Events & Logistics Coordinator based in India to manage end-to-end event execution, including venue sourcing, rentals, and logistics coordination for in-person and virtual events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end events, including venue sourcing, rentals, and logistics coordination
  • Manage vendors and venues, including negotiations, contracts, and scheduling
  • Handle event setup and registrations using Eventbrite or similar platforms

Requirements

  • Experience in event coordination and logistics management
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Eventbrite or similar event tools (preferred)
  • Ability to work remotely from India with 2-hour PST overlap (until 11 am PST) and start immediately

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing business dinners, meetups, or webinars
  • Prior experience working with global or US-based teams

Salary: 515 LPA
