Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer at ALUBUILD FENESTRATION, based in Surat. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed project estimations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities), analyzing project requirements, and ensuring thorough research for accurate cost projections. The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders, negotiating terms, and supporting project planning to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation processes.
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, combined with knowledge of construction methodologies.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy of estimates and project planning.
• Effective Negotiation skills to manage discussions with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools for estimation and project management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in the fenestration or construction industry is advantageous.
