Job Title: Esker Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced functional consultant with expertise in Esker solutions to support and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in order management, invoice delivery, collections, and cash application processes within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Esker solutions for Order Management, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing workflows.
- Manage Invoice Delivery processes, including electronic invoice generation, distribution, tracking, and exception handling.
- Support and optimize Collection Management, including dunning workflows, customer follow-ups, and overdue account monitoring.
- Oversee Cash Application activities, ensuring accurate matching of incoming payments to open invoices and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Finance, AR, and IT teams to improve end-to-end O2C cycle efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Esker system configurations and enhancements.
- Support integration between Esker and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing functional support for O2C operations.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities within the O2C lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Esker Order-to-Cash solutions or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of:
- Order Management
- Invoice Delivery / E-Invoicing
- Collections Management
- Cash Application / Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (integration exposure preferred).
- Ability to analyze financial workflows and optimize business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in supporting end-to-end O2C implementations or production support.
