ESG SRA Professional

• Interact with Senior Client Stakeholders and provide highly integrated research support
• Perform pre-investment ESG due diligence and ad-hoc ESG research, including sustainability reports, sector/regulation write-ups, preparing slides, maintaining backups
• Assist in project planning and completion, coordinating internally to deliver the final output
• Update and maintain client's proprietary/ESG database
• Showcase a positive attitude and ability to work with tight deadlines with minimal guidance
• Prior knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and Credit research is a plus
• Guide and mentor junior team member(s)

Skills:

• Ability to map companies by sector and conduct diligence based on their ESG disclosures and publicly available information
• Familiar with ESG reporting standards such as SASB, TCFD, and the concept of materiality
• Ensure high-quality ESG research with strong analytical capabilities on ad-hoc requests
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Strong client relationship management skills

Education Qualification:

• Postgraduate (preferably MBA - Finance or Sustainability), CA, or CFA (US)
• Prior experience in ESG/Sustainability and/or Credit research is preferable
