Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Real Estate / Construction industry
Qualification: ICWA (CMA) - Mandatory
Purpose Of The Role
To lead budgeting, costing, and financial control processes, ensuring project profitability, cost optimization, and accurate financial reporting.
Objective
To implement robust budgeting and costing systems, monitor project costs, and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and overall company budgets.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Develop standard costing systems and ensure proper cost allocation to projects.
- Track project expenditures, ensure cost optimization, and highlight deviations.
- Work closely with project, procurement, and finance teams for cost efficiency.
- Provide MIS reports on budgeting, costing, and financial performance to management.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls related to costing.
- Implement ERP-based costing and budgeting modules for accuracy and transparency.
- Assist in tendering, estimation, and valuation processes from a costing perspective.

Requirements
- Age: Preferably below 45 years.
- Six-day on-site working culture.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/other real estate ERP).
- Proven track record in budgeting and costing in real estate or construction industry.
