Job Description

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors
  • Responsibilities:1
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order
  • Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed
  • Requirements:1
  • Experience in an administrative support role, with a track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and visitors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common office software, including email and calendar applications
