Digital Engagement:
. Utilize digital channels such as video calls, chat, and email to engage with clients.
. Provide advisory services on securities investments.
Client Acquisition:
. Identify and onboard new clients through digital channels.
. Develop strategies to expand the client base.
Portfolio Reviews:
. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide recommendations.
. Monitor market trends and communicate relevant insights to clients.
Digital Tools Utilization:
. Leverage digital tools and platforms for client interactions and account management.
. Stay updated on digital advancements in the securities industry.
Cross-Selling:
. Identify opportunities to cross-sell other relevant financial products and services.
. Collaborate with product specialists for client needs.
Client Education:
. Educate clients on digital platforms and self-service options.
. Provide guidance on using digital tools effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management:
. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
. Implement risk mitigation measures in client interactions.
Performance Tracking:
. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and business growth.
Customer Feedback:
. Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve digital services and offerings.
. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Education: Minimum Degree: Graduation /12+3
