Education:B.Life Sciences, B.Pharmacy, B.Tech (ECE, EEE, Mechanical also), B.com, MBA (Recent grads)
Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements clearly.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Call candidates and check basic fit (skills, experience, availability).
- Explain job details, company info, and expectations to candidates.
- Schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain data in ATS (like CEIPAL).
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate feedback, selections, and onboarding steps.
