(Opportunities available for both voice and non-voice positions. Currently, we need candidates for US IT Recruiter and BPO positions.)

Qualifications for all the above positions:

-Graduates or postgraduates from any year.

-Willing to working night shifts.

Work Timing: US shift (Fixed Shift - Monday to Friday).

Weekly Off: Saturdays and Sundays.

Salary: Competitive and market-based.

Roles and Responsibilities for US IT Recruiter/ Bench Sales Positions-

Conduct online resume searches.

Align resumes with job descriptions.

Perform comprehensive phone and email screenings of potential candidates (US citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B visa holders).

Determine the interest and availability of suitable candidates, negotiate salaries, and coordinate technical interviews.

Roles and Responsibilities for BPO/ Sales/Presales/ Inside sales/Online sales, professionals, Research Analyst:

• Developing a database of key decision makers from target companies.
• Build networks within responsible geography or domain for customer need generation or early identification.
• Generate new leads through exhaustive market research, email campaign, outbound cold calls and social media. Target customers are in USA.
• Ensure timely Follow-ups with leads to understand customer needs/pain points and qualify the leads.
• Upon successful discovery, set-up appointments / demos / presentations with Sales Managers or presales team.
