Enterprise Sponsorship Sales Specialist | Gurgaon

Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional with a passion for sports, events, and experiential marketing We're looking for someone to own high-value sponsorship deals for a fast-growing firm that manages participative sports IPs across India.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives on targets, loves closing big-ticket deals, and wants to play a critical role in building the revenue engine of a high-growth brand

What You'll Own

  • Drive the full sponsorship sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Close B2B sponsorship deals valued 50100 Lacs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within current and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft bespoke sponsorship solutions that align with brand objectives
  • Hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Represent the brand externally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Who You Are

  • 47 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in sponsorships, experiential marketing, events, or high-value corporate solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals of 50100 Lacs consistently
  • Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Passionate about sports, events, and building brand partnerships
