B2B Sales- Education-FS

Location: Gurgaon/Noida

Department: Business Development / Cooperate Sales

Position Overview:

you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sector strategies, and managing key client relationships in the Education sectors. This role demands an individual with a deep understanding of these industries and proven experience in business development, strategy execution, and team leadership. You will lead efforts to expand Compass Group India's footprint in these sectors while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities:

o

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Education sectors, focusing on business development and client retention.

o

Identify new business opportunities, including generating leads, managing proposals, and driving contract negotiations.

o

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Education ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

o

Lead a cross-functional team to execute sector-specific strategies and drive high-quality service delivery.

o

Analyze market trends, industry regulations, and competitors to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the Education sectors.

o

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and operational support across sectors.

o

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for sector-specific initiatives.

o

Represent Compass Group India at sector conferences, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

o

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards for both Education and Healthcare sectors.

o

Monitor sector performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business and operational goals.

Internal

Key Requirements:

Education:

o

Bachelor's degree in business administrationHospitality Management, or a related field.

o

MBA or relevant certifications in Healthcare, Education, or Business Strategy is a plus.

Experience:

o

7-10 years of experience in the Education with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

o

Proven track record in business development, sector strategy, and managing client relationships in Education or Healthcare.

o

Strong understanding of sector-specific regulations, challenges, and trends, particularly in food services and facility management.

Skills:

o

Strong leadership and team management skills to drive results and operational excellence.

o

Exceptional business development and client relationship management capabilities.

o

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address industry-specific challenges.

o

Strong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing large projects.

o

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

o

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
