At Kapture CX, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager in our Enterprise Sales team. Over a thousand clients across 18 countries have used Kapture's products to enhance their customer experience, including Unilever, Reliance, Coca-Cola, Bigbasket, Meesho, Airtel Payments Bank and Cathay Pacific. About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will drive strategic growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise customers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable business impact for large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and grow enterprise accounts.
  • You will build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Kapture's solutions effectively.
  • You will manage the enterprise sales pipeline end-to-end, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal progression.
  • You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • You will leverage data and insights to improve sales performance and optimize enterprise engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales or complex B2B SaaS selling.
  • You have experience engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
  • You are comfortable managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • You have experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively.

  • You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and consultative selling skills.
  • You communicate effectively and build credibility with senior leaders.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable analyzing pipeline and performance metrics.
  • You are proactive, resilient, and outcome-focused in a competitive market environment.

Preferred Skills

  • You will have an advantage if you:
  • Have prior experience selling CX platforms, SaaS, or AI-driven enterprise solutions.
  • Have worked in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
  • Have experience working with cross-functional teams across product and customer success.
  • Hold an MBA or equivalent business qualification.
