Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Enterprise Sales Professional with a strong background in IT, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO services. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) and client-facing role, focused on driving enterprise sales and building long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, especially in enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive enterprise sales across IT services, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO offerings
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients
Manage complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, and support) for seamless execution
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Enterprise/IT Sales
Strong background in Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, ERP, CRM, and BPO services
Proven track record in enterprise deal closures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience handling client-facing roles (not inside sales)
Ability to work independently in an IC role

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling multi-service IT solutions
Exposure to enterprise-level clients and large deal sizes
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
