The Opportunity

At TechMatrix, we are expanding our enterprise sales team and looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Representative to drive our next phase of growth. We operate at the intersection of Salesforce, AI, and digital transformation, partnering with enterprises to solve complex business challenges through consulting-led solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build trust, create value, and close strategic deals not just transactions.

Locations: Noida | Gurgaon | Bangalore | Mumbai

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on new business acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue growth. You will engage with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders, while collaborating closely with internal consulting and delivery teams to shape and win opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across target accounts
  • Identify, develop, and close new logo opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Position and sell Salesforce consulting, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation services
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals
  • Maintain strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression
  • Contribute to both short-term revenue goals and long-term account growth

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
  • Strong background in IT services, consulting, SaaS, CRM, or cloud sales
  • Proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise deals
  • Experience in consultative, value-based selling
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and commercial acumen
  • Prior experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or digital transformation is a strong advantage
