We are seeking a Hunter‑profile Enterprise Sales Representative with deep experience in end‑to‑end sales for the US Staffing market. This role is laser‑focused on net‑new client acquisition, opening enterprise accounts, and closing high‑value staffing deals. The ideal candidate thrives in outbound selling, is comfortable navigating complex buying groups, and consistently exceeds new‑business revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
New Business / Hunter Sales
Own net‑new logo acquisition across mid‑market and enterprise US clients.
Drive aggressive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
Lead the entire sales cycle: discovery → qualification → solution design → proposal → negotiation → close.
Sell US staffing solutions including Contract, Contract‑to‑Hire, Direct Hire, and MSP/VMS‑led engagements.
Build and maintain a strong new‑business pipeline with predictable deal velocity.
Enterprise Deal Closure
Engage senior stakeholders including HR leaders, Procurement heads, Program Directors, and CXOs.
Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales conversations and pricing negotiations.
Close large, first‑time enterprise dealswith long‑term revenue potential.
Position value propositions around speed, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery excellence.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Identify target industries, accounts, and whitespace opportunities in the US staffing market.
Stay current on staffing trends, rate card benchmarks, compliance, and competitor positioning.
Provide insights to leadership on market feedback, objections, and deal blockers.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensureclosure‑ready solutioning.
Hand off closed accounts smoothly to account management or delivery teams post‑closure.
Reporting & Metrics
Own new‑revenue quota and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting in CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hunter‑style enterprise sales experience in the US Staffing industry.
Demonstrated success closing net‑new enterprise accounts via outbound efforts.
Strong understanding of US staffing models, MSP/VMS environments, SOWs, and rate negotiations.
Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and close complex deals.
Excellent communication, objection‑handling, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a high‑target, high‑accountability sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing network or target account list in the US market.
Experience selling offshore / hybrid staffing models.
Background in IT, Engineering, or Healthcare staffing sales.
