Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers including Admin Heads, HR Heads, Procurement Teams, Travel Managers, and Finance Leaders.
  • Understand client travel programs, pain points, and future requirements to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, onboarding, and account management.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring healthy collection and payment cycles from clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates through CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Travocorp's services, including flights, hotels, cabs, visa services, MICE, and travel technology solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define sales targets, market expansion plans, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Develop and implement pricing, promotional, and partnership strategies to accelerate growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach.

Preferred qualifications 

  • Experience in corporate travel, travel management companies (TMCs), SaaS, expense management, fintech, hospitality, or related B2B sectors.
  • Existing network of corporate decision-makers and travel stakeholders.
  • Experience selling technology-enabled solutions to enterprises and SMEs.
